Our impact The difference we make The difference we make We are the only national campaigning organisation with a sole focus on taking action on empty homes Since 2000 we have played a significant role in campaigning to create a combination of local action and national action to tackle the waste empty homes. These ideas have been adopted as national policy and also local practice. Our track record of campaigning puts in a good position to influence decision-makers and to do more to tackle the waste of empty homes in England. In the next three years we aim to make a difference by: Establishing a network of local community groups who want to tackle the empty homes in their neighbourhoods Creating a network of local authorities who are supporting each other in developing strategies to support community-led approaches Building a National Coalition calling on the Government to invest in a nationwide empty homes strategy. This involves both work with local community-based groups and activists, including the Campaign Against Empty Homes which organises awareness-raising national days of action, and with politicians from across the political spectrum. You can play a role in this by either getting involved in our projects and by making a regular donation to support our work. We receive no government funding a rely on the generosity of individuals and trusts to keep us campaigning. Manage Cookie Preferences
